I'm partnering with an organization on the South side of the metro to help them find the right person for this Senior Payroll Administrator position. This is an opportunity to join a local organization that has a large parent company that provides the stability that is important to you while the local office has more of mid-sized community feel type of culture. This organization is offering the hybrid office environment (after training) with the ability to work from home 1-2 days per week. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENIOR PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR:
- Payroll Administrator Process bi-weekly Payroll for 800+ US Employees across multiple locations
- Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, and more
- Payroll Administrator partners closely with the HR department on resolving payroll discrepancies and adjustments
- Ensure compliance with new hire reporting and payroll data reporting
- Payroll Administrator identifies and implements process improvements
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR:
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 6+ Years Overall Experience, 4+ Years Payroll Experience
- ADP Workforce Now (or similar) Experience required
- Complex Payroll Processing Experience - Multiple Subsidiaries and Locations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
